The journey
A short, well-paced introduction to the Jaffna peninsula. Three nights are anchored at the villa, with a private air-conditioned minibus for up to six guests handling each day's route on a request-to-book basis. The itinerary covers Jaffna's heritage core, the temples and springs of the northern coast, and a full day on one of the offshore islands — chosen with you when we plan the trip.

Jaffna city & Nallur heritage
Begin at Jaffna Fort, the Dutch-era stronghold that frames the lagoon, and walk the ramparts as the heat lifts. Cross to the Public Library and the Clock Tower, then move into the central market for the spice and palmyra stalls. The Archaeological Museum gives the deeper context before lunch.
The afternoon belongs to Nallur — the Kandaswamy Kovil, the Sangiliyan Thoppu / King's Arch, and the Mantri Manai ruins. A short stop for Rio ice cream or another local food shop closes the day before the drive back to the villa, in time for sunset on the verandah.
